Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 May 2026
1. Who we are
Adibi International is a UK-registered digital agency. Our registered address and company details are available on request at hi@adibi.co.uk. When we refer to “we”, “us”, or “Adibi” in this policy, we mean Adibi International.
2. What data we collect
We collect the following types of data:
- Contact information — name, email address, phone number, and company name — submitted through our contact and enquiry forms.
- Message content — the details you provide when describing your project or enquiry.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and page visit data collected automatically when you visit our website, via Vercel Analytics.
- Communication records — emails and messages exchanged between you and our team.
We do not collect payment card data directly. Any payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe, Paddle) under their own privacy policies.
3. Why we collect it
We use your data for the following purposes:
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes for our services.
- To deliver and manage projects you've engaged us for.
- To send project updates and relevant communications.
- To improve our website and understand how it's being used.
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing. We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
4. Legal basis for processing
Under UK GDPR, we process your data on the following legal bases:
- Contractual necessity — when processing is required to deliver a service you've engaged us for.
- Legitimate interests — when responding to an enquiry you've initiated.
- Legal obligation — where required by applicable law.
5. Who we share data with
We share data only where strictly necessary:
- Resend — for transactional email delivery. Your email address may be processed through their infrastructure.
- Vercel — our hosting provider. Anonymised analytics data is processed on their platform.
- Supabase — our database provider. Project-related data may be stored on their infrastructure.
- We do not share data with advertising networks, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
6. How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from the date of last contact. Active client data is kept for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years (in line with UK legal retention requirements). You may request deletion at any time — see section 8.
7. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies. Vercel Analytics may set anonymous session cookies to measure traffic. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics platforms that profile individual users. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting the core functionality of this site.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (right to erasure).
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Request restriction of processing.
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured format.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hi@adibi.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and using reputable infrastructure providers. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
